For the Tacos1 lb Denmark Foods Recipe-Ready seasoned meat (Diced Pork Al Pastor, Pollo Asado Seasoned Diced Chicken, or Carne Asada Seasoned Diced Beef)12 small flour tortillas2 tablespoons oil, for cooking
Simple Slaw1½ cups shredded green and purple cabbage½ cup shredded carrots¼ cup fresh cilantro, choppedJuice of ½ limeSalt, to taste
Creamy Taco Sauce½ cup sour cream2 tablespoons salsa or hot sauce1 teaspoon lime juice

DIRECTIONS
Make the slaw: In a medium bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside to soften slightly.Mix the sauce: Stir together sour cream, salsa or hot sauce, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.Cook the meat: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
