Easy Chorizo Chili
This hearty chorizo chili comes together quickly and delivers big flavor with minimal effort. Made with Denmark Foods Pork or Beef Chorizo, this one-pot chili relies on the chorizo’s authentic seasoning to create a rich, satisfying dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Denmark Foods Pork or Beef Chorizo1 small onion, finely diced1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes1 (14-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes1 bottle beer (your choice) or broth1 (15-oz) can beans, drained and rinsed (red beans, black beans, or a mix)Olive oil, for cooking

DIRECTIONS
Heat a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.Add chorizo and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon or spatula as it cooks.Stir in crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted tomatoes, beer, and beans.Bring to a gentle simmer, reduce heat, and cook uncovered for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.Taste and adjust as needed. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
