Quick & Easy Ground Chicken Tacos

INGREDIENTS
For the Taco Filling1 lb Denmark Foods Ground Chicken1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons prepared Mexican-style seasoning)1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil2 tablespoons water
For ServingCorn or flour tortillasShredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheeseChopped tomatoes or pico de galloShredded lettuceSliced jalapeñosLime wedges
Optional additions: sour cream, avocado, hot sauceDIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add ground chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it browns.Add taco seasoning and stir until evenly combined. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and no pink remains.Add 2 tablespoons water, stir, cover, and reduce heat to low.Simmer for 8–10 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop and the meat to stay juicy.Remove from heat and serve warm in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
